Module Additional Assessment Details
Written Report including project proposal to be 6000 words (Learning outcomes 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5)
NB Project proposal pro-forma is included in the tutor guidance pack.
The findings will evaluate the impact of change on practice and should take account of the views of colleagues in the workplace including the work based mentor
Appendix items are excluded from the total number of words.
Module Indicative Content
In this module you will be expected to evaluate an area of practice relevant to your own early years setting. Your tutor and more importantly your work place mentor, will help you to choose a project where you can implement improvements to current practice - Evidence from research must be applied in identifying problems and making recommendations for possible solutions. You will be expected to evaluate the implementation of solutions and present your project in an appropriate report format.
