Content
The module will focus on the student’s continued personal and professional development which is cumulative throughout all stages and will enable the student to meet the requirements for registration with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
1. Demonstrate comprehensive and systematic understanding of the ethical implications associated with recording clinical work and critical evaluation of your integrative practice though the review of recordings in clinical supervision.

ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT DETAILS
Assessment 1

PCO Workshop Documents

Annual self-assessment form. This will include examples that demonstrate your ability to apply theory to practice.¿

End of year 4 Assessment/Tutorial Form with evidence of 100% workshop attendance

This will be awarded either PASS/FAIL.

Assessment 2

Personal Development Profile/Self Assessment: a reflective report evidencing learning outcomes 1, 2 and 3. This will be awarded either PASS/FAIL.

Assessment 3

Clinical Practice Reports

Therapist Report/s evidencing a minimum of 40 hours of personal therapy undertaken weekly throughout the year.

Supervisor Report/s evidencing a minimum of 30 hours of clinical supervision undertaken throughout the year and with a ratio of 1 hour supervision to 4 hours of clinical work until 150 hours have been recorded. At which point, the ratio changes to 1 hour supervision to 6 hours of clinical work.

Placement Provider Report/s evidencing 120 hours of clinical practice undertaken throughout the year together with a minimum of 30 hours of clinical supervision undertaken throughout the year and with a ratio of 1 hour supervision to 4 hours of clinical work until 150 hours have been recorded. At which point, the ratio changes to 1 hour supervision to 6 hours of clinical work.

A completed mental health familiarisation placement report

Students must PASS all three assessments in order to receive an overall pass for the module.

100% attendance of scheduled workshops is required in line with professional registration requirements
LEARNING STRATEGIES
Students are required to collate all evidence to support submission of the clinical hours required for this module. To facilitate this, students will be supported with:
