The module will focus on the student’s continued personal and professional development which is cumulative throughout all stages and will enable the student to meet the requirements for registration with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
1. Demonstrate comprehensive and systematic understanding of the ethical implications associated with recording clinical work and critical evaluation of your integrative practice though the review of recordings in clinical supervision.

ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT DETAILS
List all Assessments showing the Weighting, Word Count or Exam Duration and which Module Learning Outcomes they map to. Ensure all module learning outcomes are mapped to at least one summative assessment.
Portfolio comprising of three parts which incorporate the following completed documentation.
Part A – PCO Workshop Assessments with links to learning outcomes of Modules 1-3 and the Parallel Clinical Obligations learning outcomes relevant to this stage of training.
• Annual self-assessment form
• End of year 4 Assessment/Tutorial Form
Part A will be awarded either PASS/FAIL.
Part B – Personal Development Profile: a reflective report evidencing learning outcomes 1, 2 and 3 of the Parallel Clinical Obligations module (1000 words + or – 10%)
Part B will be awarded either PASS/FAIL.
Part C – Reports
• Therapist Report/s evidencing a minimum of 40 hours of personal therapy undertaken weekly throughout the year.
• Supervisor Report/s evidencing a minimum of 30 hours of clinical supervision undertaken throughout the year and with a ratio of 1 hour supervision to 6 hours of clinical work.
• Placement Provider Report/s evidencing 120 hours of clinical practice undertaken throughout the year together with a minimum of 30 hours of clinical supervision undertaken throughout the year and with a ratio of 1 hour supervision to 6 hours of clinical work.
• Practice Log/s evidencing 120 hours of clinical practice undertaken throughout the year together with a minimum of 30 hours of clinical supervision undertaken throughout the year and with a ratio of 1 hour supervision to 6 hours of clinical work.
• A completed mental health familiarisation placement report evidencing learning outcome 7 of the PCO Mental Health component (where applicable).
• Student’s personal statement in relation to readiness for UKCP registration
• Letter of support for readiness for UKCP registration from primary Clinical Supervisor/s
