ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT DETAILS
Trainees will organise and deliver a ten minute presentation to the key stakeholders in the service being evaluated 0% weighting, (addressing LO's 1, 2 and 6).
The trainees will produce a comprehensive report of the service evaluation for the team consisting of a 500 word executive summary and 3,500 report. 80% weighting, (addressing LO's 2 and 6).
Each trainee will produce a reflective commentary of 1,000 words (or up to ten minute podcast) on their experience of undertaking the evaluation 20% weighting, (addressing LO5).
All assessments must be passed and all learning outcomes must be achieved.

Formative feedback will be given on the presentation and on the final report before submission to the service.
INDICATIVE CONTENT
In this module you will undertake a piece of “real world” audit and evaluation within the service with which you have an employment (or honorary employment) contract. You will work collaboratively with your training colleagues and service heads to produce a comprehensive and meaningful service audit and or evaluation. You will learn about a range of leadership styles and be able to apply them to your own practice. You will be required to take on a leadership role in relation to at least one clear element of a service evaluation. To help you to identify areas of good practice you will participate in a series of workshops where clinical psychologists will share areas of good (and challenging) practice within the region.
LEARNING STRATEGIES
Scheduled Learning and Teaching Activities: (84 hours)
77 hours will be allocated to workshops in relation to the service evaluation.
7 hours will be allocated to time spent with service leads identifying and visiting a service to be evaluated.
Guided Independent Study: (216 hours)
216 hours will be spend in independent study.
