ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT DETAILS
Assessment 1 (Learning Outcomes 2 & 3)

Working in small groups, you will develop and write a business case proposing a digital public health campaign strategy targeting a health promotion or disease prevention initiative of your choice. This will include rationale for your choice of media and consideration of measures needed to target specific population groups. Example templates will be provided with key considerations.

Assessment 2 (Learning Outcomes 1 & 4)

As a group, you will pitch this campaign strategy in a 10 minute online presentation to a simulated commissioning board, communicating key messages in a succinct, professional manner.

LEARNING STRATEGIES
Key concepts will be delivered through lead lectures delivered through the university’s Virtual Learning Environment. This will then be followed by online synchronous discussion groups/seminars allowing learners to explore key issues and discuss the application to their particular working contexts.

In this module you will learn collaboratively with one another and will utilise group working to develop your assessment submission. There will be opportunities for formative and peer feedback throughout this process.
