Develop a written project plan based on a public health initiative of your choice, incorporating all aspects of project management, clearly identifying key stakeholders, objectives, measurable outcomes and performance indicators.



Assessment 2 – LO 4

Reflect upon your experience of designing this plan, identifying personal strengths and weaknesses and development opportunities in this skillset.

Key concepts will be delivered through lead lectures delivered through the university’s Virtual Learning Environment. This will then be followed by online synchronous discussion groups/seminars allowing learners to explore key issues and discuss the application to their particular working contexts.
