Module Additional Assessment Details
Students will be required to complete 1 piece of summative assessment:
A written examination (150 minutes) at the end of the module based on a chosen case study comprising 100% of the overall mark assessing LOs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Students will be provided with formative assessment and feedback via tutor-led sessions and peer-review discussion.
Module Indicative Content
To provide a critical understanding of the underlying concepts, principles and contexts which underpin the process of Health Promotion and Health Education.

12 x 1 hour tutor-led lecture programme
8 x 1 hour student and / or lecture led workshop or seminar.
7 x 1 hour tutor-directed independent study
123 hours student-led independent study.
