A case study of 3500 Problem Based Task (100% of the module mark)

INDICATIVE CONTENT
Through a problem based assignment students will engage in guided study where they will assume the role of an academic who has been asked to report on the current state of academic knowledge on terrorism threats within a particular nation state. Learners will be expected to engage fully and critically with the resources and activities within and outside the scheduled workshops and to engage in detailed discussion with tutors and other learners.
LEARNING STRATEGIES
3 x 3 hour workshops will be used for the consideration of core issues based on critical discussion of the core material and debates presented alongside discussion and activities related to the module problem based project. Blackboard and additional tutorials through office hours will offer essential materials including print, audio and visual material pertaining to the course subject matter.
