Module Indicative Content
This module will require you to evaluate an area of adult social care practice. Through negotiation with your work-based mentor and tutor, you will identify an appropriate practice issue and design a project to investigate it. This must be approved before being carried out and should result in recommendations for positive change. You should provide a rationale for your recommendations which demonstrates a critical awareness of the relationship between service improvement, change management and a rigorous evidence-base. All work-based projects will be subject to Staffordshire University academic regulations.
