Module Indicative Content
This module will focus on the coaching and analysis of performers. Where learners will be expected to develop their coaching skills, they will also need to understand the role of performance analysis within coaching and what strategies can be used to enhance this. Students will plan and deliver coaching sessions to a selected group, then will be expected to evaluate their own performance. In addition the students will select a performer to evaluate their strengths and identify areas for improvement.

The students will develop skills through observation and evaluation and the module will be split between both a practical and theoretical setting.

Some seminars will be student led and facilitated by the lecturer.Independent study tasks will be set but further idependant study will be required. This may include reading around module topics, discussion based activities or investigating current theory and practice associated wth the module. Student led independant study will be required specifcally for assessment preparation.
