1. As part of a group, plan, research, present and discuss a sport project. The presentation will be 15 minutes. This will assess LO2
2. 45 minute written exam assessing knowledge and underlying concepts and principles associated with sport management. This will assess LO1

Additional Assessment Details (including formative feedback / assessment:
Students will sit a mock examination prior to the module examination. To facilitate understanding of the requirements of the final examination feedback on the mock examination will be provided through tutor led discussion in a group setting, allowing two way discussion and clarification.

Module Indicative Content
This module aims to provide an introduction to the key specialist areas within the discipline of sports
management. These areas include policy, planning, marketing, finance and human resource management within the context of project and event management.
