Module Indicative Content
This unit is achieved by researching and undertaking an industrial placement. It requires learners to demonstrate an in-depth and a broad knowledge of the organisation chosen, and an ability to analyse the relationships between the many sections of the organisation. They will be responsible for investigating the availability of suitable local placements and Complete a work-based experience, undertaking operational tasks in accordance with company practices and procedures. A diary of activities undertaken and evidence of appraisal, analysis of performance, and development will also be required. All learners' criminal records must be checked, and placements risk assessed prior to commencement of the work experience.
