Module Indicative Content
This module aims to provide an understanding of the principles involved in the design, staffing and operation of SHE facilities. Primarily, the module focuses upon legal issues and the impact that these issues have upon the operational management procedures including the recruitment and selection of staff.

Module Additional Assessment Details
Students will be required to complete 1 piece of summative assessment:
A scenario case study analysis. Present a report giving a rational and recommending action to be taken further
to a given resource management scenario. Assesses LOs 1, 2 and 3.
