Students can choose which two microcredentials they stack together.

The indicative content for these four microcredentials is:

Language and writing; research, referencing and scientific enquiry; digital skills; digital literacy; security, access and sharing

Equality & diversity; basic finance; basic numeracy; business writing; communication; meetings; presentations; project management; negotiation

Well being, Emotional intelligence; Networking; Communication skills

Management & leadership; communication, team development; decision making; creativity & innovation; performance management; inclusion
Additional Assessment Details
Multiple choice exam – learning outcomes 1 (knowledge and understanding, application)

Portfolio – learning outcomes 2 (application and reflection). The portfolio will be comprised from reflective statements regarding the skills they have learned about, an assessment of their own strengths and weaknesses and action plans for further skill development based on needs.
Learning Strategies
The learning is delivered via online modules comprised from videos, reading materials, quizzes and reflective elements.

Learning Outcomes
This is an assessment module for students who have stacked TWO level 4 skills modules together. Students must fulfil any TWO of the following four outcomes

1. Acquire the fundamental skills in two of the following microcredentials:

a. Academic and digital skills

b. Professional skills

c. Personal and interpesonal skills

d. Leadership academy

2. Appraise your own strengths and weaknesses in relation to all of the topics covered in both microcredentials and plan for further development
