Additional Assessment Details:
Students are required to critically reflect upon the application of the theory to practice within the work based setting. Drawing upon critical incidents to demonstrate how leadership behaviours may enable service development.

Formative Assessment: Students will be provided with the opportunity for formative feedback informally throughout the module.; additionally via tutorial support

Module Indicative Content
This module will facilitate an in-depth exploration into leadership behaviours. This will be undertaken via a number and variety of well established tools. The purpose of this should enable the student to develop strategies to identify and advance their leadership role within their organisation. In addition incorporating a reflexive approach to appreciate the application of theory to practice as an effective mechanism to enable service development.
