Module Indicative Content
The aim of this module is to enable you to structure and undertake activities, both development and practice, that meet the negotiated learning outcomes in a specified areas of interactive design.
The content of the module will be identified by yourself and negotiated as part of your negotiated learning agreement.
Module Additional Assessment Details
The assessment will be determined as part of the negotiated learning agreement.
It could consist of a portfolio of exercises and work based on the student's plans for major project development, with a reflective commentary on outcomes, or portfolio of development and finished work done is response to a client led or competition-based project. The submission will need to meet the outcomes specified in the learning contract agreed between the student and the Academic Guidance Tutor.
Module Learning Strategies
The student will be able to choose a full range of online software tutorials to build practice-based skills in their specified areas of interactive design, as appropriate to individual learning contract.
They will be supported and guided in the content of their learning agreement and thereafter in how to develop and apply the skills they have highlighted in that contract.
They will be required to reflect on their work and development
This negotiated module enables you to achieve masters level outcomes as part of your European MFA. You will be supported by your work based mentor and Academic Guidance Tutor in achieving the outcomes of the module.

Students are expected to take advantage of the extensive library of online material available through Staffordshire University's Library to keep abreast of current developments through appropriate periodicals and being aware of the work of major practitioners in interactive design. Students are expected to take advantage of online video tutorial available through Lynda.com.
