Module Additional Assessment Details
Students to hand in a Portfolio which must will include the following sections:-
a) an introduction to the student (500 words) (10%)
b) evidence of personal and professional development during the course (20%)
c) an analysis of the degree to which equality and diversity legislation are reflected in their work base (10%)
d) an analysis of a professional issue / area of work considered of interest to the student based on your formative proposal, commenting particularly on any ethical or professional issues pertinent to your chosen area (2000 words) (40%)
e) an outline dissemination activity of their chosen area of study (10%)
f) a training and development plan (linked to the original plan developed in the study skills module if appropriate). (10%)
g) a record of the hours achieved at your work base
(outcomes 1,2,3 and 4)
Formative: To submit a proposal of no more than 500 words outlining your chosen area of interest
