Module Additional Assessment Details
A practice study weighted at 50% discussing the application of assessment, care planning, harm reduction and relapse prevention strategies to a minimum of three individual clients. 2500 words (outcomes 1 and 2)
A presentation (maximum of 30 minutes including questions) weighted at 50% demonstrating approaches to relapse prevention interventions and harm reduction work with a broad range of clients. (outcomes 3 and 4)
Formative assessment: Use of time lines, cue cards and relapse signatures in pairs
