Both elements of assessment must be passed.

Students will identify one change that has positively affected the delivery of healthcare services in their work place. They will explore and critically evaluate the change processes used to identify, develop and establish the change in work place practice. The seminar will be supported by a referenced handout of no more that 500 words.

An examination of the process of change.
Managing people through periods of change.
Resistance to change and the concept of grief and loss in the context of change.
Identifying equality, diversity and talent in order to bring about change.
The dissemination of change and how to share good practice and innovation.
