A profile of evidence which focuses on the individual learning you achieved within this module. This profile must contain the following:

1. Completed Attendance Sheet for ALL Mandatory Sessions
2. Completed Principles of Good Practice Documents for all Clinical Placements in Terms 1 and 2
3. A 1000-word personal account detailing how you applied a nursing skill within a clinical environment
4. A 1000-word essay discussing how you could apply your knowledge of another Branch of nursing to a client/patient from within your chosen Branch.
5. A short (500-word) summary of your learning within this module.
