- One assignment (case study analysis) which underpins the main thrust of the module (70%), learning outcomes 1-6.
- Second assignment (30%), learning outcomes 1-6.
Module Learning Strategies

Module Indicative Content
Scope of management of technology and organisations structures.
Enterprise (infra) structure for adding value and global competitiveness and managing innovation.
Technological systems methodologies, management and control.
Technology project management including economic analysis, multi-criteria evaluation.
Role of Information Technology for enabling technological system management and enhancing life cycles.
Introduction to management philosophies and/or techniques such as:-
TQM, JIT, OPT, ERP to provide an integrative approach to organistaional planning.
Financial aspects of product life cycle management.
