Module Indicative Content
This module is designed to give students a fundamental understanding of the principles and practice of 3D computer animation including:-
- Keyframe animation techniques
- Forward and inverse Kinematics
- Particle Flow special effects
- Considerations and constraints of the destination application
- Texture Animation
Module Learning Strategies
2 hours lecture/tutorial per student per week
The module will be delivered using a combination of lectures, demonstrations and supervised tutorials. The majority of the work will be of a practical nature and students are expected to use their independent study time to consolidate this work. (1:20)2
