Module Learning Strategies
The learning strategy for this module requires students to commit 150 learning hours (including assessment). Of this, there will be 36 hours of class support and 114 hours of independent and self directed study. Students will be encouraged to integrate their knowledge and analysis skills as the module progresses

Module Indicative Content
The aim of this module is to analyse the practices, processes and techniques that Human Resource Managers may use in response to the key issues that most employers face when considering the needs of their organisation in terms of people planning and resource management.

The 4 key themes are:
