Module Details
Module Learning Strategies
At the beginning of the module you will attend a four hour session which will introduce the key themes for the module.

However, the majority of your learning will take place through the University's virtual learning environment, Blackboard. This will be augmented by work place experiential learning.

During the face to face sessions and your online, and independent, learning you will engage in a variety of theoretical and practical learning experiences which could include the following;

- Seminars
- Group workshops
- Case study analysis
- Formative assessments
- Directed research
- Work place activities
- Personal reflection
Module Indicative Content
This module introduces the essential theories, principles and concepts which support the relationships between different stakeholders of individuals and organisations.

You will be introduced to topics such as;

- Leadership versus management
- Interpersonal skills
- Effective communication
- Stakeholder leadership versus stakeholder management
- Stakeholder analysis
- Ethical relationships
