Module Indicative Content
The suite of CPD activities are designed to work closely with businesses, or the public sector and academic faculties within the university to develop bespoke learning programmes that will encourage the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies relevant to both the employer and employee, that can be transferred to the workplace to provide a positive change in the individual employee's performance.

The Module facilitates Work Based Learning through employer engagement thus promoting employability and career enhancement. The suite of CPD activities are designed to provide:

- An integration of ideas, from HE Teaching and Learning and Work Based Learning
- Skills and approaches to work based learning,
- A variety of academic concepts and theories to be applied in the work environment to enhance the ability to deal with the continually changing needs of the commercial or public sector
Module Additional Assessment Details
Reflective Journal or work related project of 2,500 words covers all learning outcomes

Module Learning Strategies
This module requires candidates to commit to 150 learning hours (including assessment) of which a minimum of 24 hours will be direct supported learning (including lectures, workshops, case studies, in-class group discussions, and videos, blended learning etc)
- Including opportunities for formative feedback, evaluation and reflection on the outcomes of work actions
- Formative feedback throughout the programme
