Module Learning Strategies
This module requires candidates to commit to 150 learning hours (including assessment). This module draws on the teaching delivered through modules BSB10392-6 (Effecting Positive change in the Workplace) and BSB10394-6 (Personal Awareness and Effectiveness). It is intended to provide a vehicle for the learner to undertake further exploration of topic areas of particular interest or application, and to demonstrate reflective learning and application to the workplace.

Module Indicative Content
The suite of CPD activities are designed to work closely with businesses, or the public sector and academic faculties within the university to develop bespoke learning programmes that will encourage the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies relevant to both the employer and employee, that can be transferred to the workplace to provide a positive change in the individual employee's performance.
The Module facilitates Work Based Learning through employer engagement thus promoting employability and career enhancement. The suite of CPD activities are designed to provide:
- An integration of ideas, from HE Teaching and Learning and Work Based Learning
- Skills and approaches to work based learning,
- A variety of academic concepts and theories to be applied in the work environment to enhance the ability to deal with the continually changing needs of the commercial or public sector
