Module Learning Strategies
Of the 150 learning hours available students will engage in Self-directed study for 114 hours.
36 hours will be tutor-supported study through a mix of formal tutor-led presentations, group work and discussion, case-study analysis, preparation and presentation, and web-based activities
Module Indicative Content
Specific and topical essay question to be identified in the Module Guide. The essay will facilitate a learning experience where students will gain a critical understanding of how to utilise organisational change theories and concepts as tools for managing and leading change.
Module Additional Assessment Details
Details :- Academic Essay, 2500 words weighted at 100% and will assess all Learning Outcomes 1, 2 and 3. The essay will provide the opportunity for critical evaluation and analysis of a topical organisational change issue.
