Module Learning Strategies
You will first prepare an outline and then a detailed dissertation proposal. Students on the EBA will give a short oral presentation to other students and staff and will gain feedback through discussion of their own and others presentations. Students on the EITEI Award follow a slightly different process. In March they hand in their outline proposal to the Administrator in Antwerp. These are transmitted to coordinators in all partner universities and potential supervisors, inviting comments from them. In April students have a session with the Coordinator in Prague where they have receive feedback on their proposals.

The majority of the module is conducted through independent learning with reference to the dissertation supervisor at regular intervals throughout the development of the dissertation. The communication with the tutor may be face-to-face, by e-mail or by telephone.

Students will be issued with a detailed Dissertation handbook.
