The programme will place a premium on developing critical thinking and analytical capabilities that can be applied in management situations.
The workshops will focus on the investigation process and the key aspects relating to the coursework assignment. They will include talks and facilitated group discussion, peer review, group working and presentations based on group research, focusing on the application of new knowledge and skills in relation to the student's workplace.
Students will be required to research some of their own materials and share them in the workshops.
