Tutor-observed group selection interview - interviewing a candidate for a job that the group have analysed and prepared all the relevant documentation for

Completion of an individual portfolio describing the process and practices of recruitment and selection. The portfolio should also include the documentation prepared by the group for the group selection interview

Module Learning Strategies
The learning strategy for the module requires students to commit 150 learning hours (including assessment) of this there will be 36 hours of class support and 114 hours of independent and self directed study.
