Module Indicative Content
This is a workshop-based module, with an emphasis upon developing an understanding and ability in the fields of ideas generation, creative problem solving, the screening and evaluation of ideas/solutions and the practical management of innovations ( i.e. concept development and testing, project justification launch planning for the introduction of new products, services and processes ).
Much of the content is concerned with the acquisition of skills and the provision of opportunities to practice them via a programme of workshop exercises.
