Module Additional Assessment Details
Review the Personal Development Plan (PDP) first produced as part of the Personal Skills module, culminating in the identification of revised PDP.(400 words or equivalent) (20%) (Learning outcome 1)

A formal report which demonstrates understanding and application of the learning undertaken on this module. This will involve the evaluation, interpretation and contextualisation of the module content in a given work-based situation. Recommendations for immediate and future action should be identified. (1600 words) (80%) (Learning outcomes 2 ¿ 8).

Module Learning Strategies
TThe learning strategy for this module requires students to commit 150 learning hours (including assessment). This will include 24 hours of class support and 126 hours of independent and self directed study.

The class sessions will include formal lecture, student exercises, case study analysis and group discussions based on student experiences in the subject area. Students will be encouraged to integrate their work based experiences with new knowledge and skills developed in the classroom as the module progresses.
Module Indicative Content
The aim of this module is to expand on the Personal Skills module and introduce students to the range of issues and skills necessary for understanding the impact of their actions on others, both within and outside the organisation.
